Scott Ilgenfritz has over 40 years of experience in litigating commercial and business disputes and in arbitrating and litigating securities disputes.

Scott is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator who provides civil litigation mediation services throughout Florida and is available to serve as a mediator of securities arbitration disputes throughout the country.

During his career, Scott has represented clients in a broad range of commercial and business litigation, including the following types of disputes: contract, securities fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, real estate, legal and accounting malpractice/negligence, construction, landlord/tenant, debts and foreclosure, trusts and estates, deceptive and unfair trade practices, business torts and partnership, corporate and shareholder matters. Scott also has extensive experience representing clients in securities arbitration claims in the Financial Industry in the arbitration forum maintained in the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority arbitration forum and the National Association of Securities Dealers arbitration forum.

During his extensive litigation and arbitration career, Scott has participated in hundreds of mediations. Scott is committed to mediation as a process by which parties can resolve their disputes and avoid the expense and uncertainties of trying their cases before a judge, jury, or arbitration panel.
